At PHOTOCRYSTAL3D, each piece is custom laser-engraved with your personalized photos and memories. Because every item is made to order, delivery consists of two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. Production & Handling Time

Customization & Quality Check: 2–4 business days.
Our team carefully converts your 2D photo into a 3D model, performs precision laser engraving, and inspects each crystal before packing.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and order weight. We also offer free standard shipping promotions on eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website tracking page.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments Custom crystal gifts are delicate. If your item arrives broken, chipped, or damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sale@photocrystal3d.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
